Special in-app messaging keeps passengers up to date on their trip status and also allows for direct driver/passenger communication via text or voice. Passengers can also see on an in-app map where their ride is and the estimated time of arrival.

Contact Your Driver
Should the passenger need to contact the driver (wrong entrance or they’re running late) the app provides the option to call or text the driver and communicate directly with them. Similarly, the driver can contact the passenger to iron out any miscommunications (i.e., pickup point).
